Anastasiya is fully devoted to the protection of environment and promotion of ideas of sustainable living on all levels. She has been a keen environmental activist for 12 years, kept participating in various events and activities, doing her own projects and learning new things.
Her leadership development plan is aimed at taking a short course of applied methodology. The Course includes development of skills and competence in research planning, statistics, qualitative methodology, interpretation of statistics, designing a qualitative research; data collection, processing and interpretation. A special emphasis in the course is put on work with both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Her main goal is to acquire deeper understanding of the subject and enhance her skills in communicating it on various levels so that it could be understood by decision-makers, business people and general public. Anastasiya is a member of several Public Councils (including one for the Krasnoyarskiy Krai Governor), she regularly gives comments in social networks and mass media, and she wants to master the subject so that she could provide competent consultation and qualified comments from a strong and evidence-based position.
The second goal is to start her own research project which could encompass her reflections, suppositions, ideas, which stem from her studies and experience. Her ambition is to breathe new life into principles of environmental economics in the current technological context such as mobile devices, social media and augmented reality.
