Md. Bahauddin’s main responsibility is to establish an institution for youth development as a point of access for community resource persons, youth, development professionals and academics. That’s why he needs to learn about similar institution’s establishment history and operational procedures. Moreover he has to operate and supervise various research of Bangladeshi and foreign interns and research fellows therefore he needs to acquire research experience. Last but not least he has to augment his English language competency.
So the leadership development plan is to make himself a leader with institutional and research knowledge with bilingual professional capabilities. The grant makes the path smooth and fast. He intends to achieve the above-mentioned skills and capabilities within a year in order to be able to lead the youths capacity enhancement programme at BIAS/BARCIK.
