Tell us about yourself: My name is Nakabuye Hilda Flavia and I am from Kampala, Uganda. I'm a Climate and Environmental rights justice activist fighting to create a positive change in my community. Being a victim of climate change and having experienced what climate disasters can cause has pushed me to fight for climate justice for everyone.
What did you do with the JWH grant? I have been able to take security and leadership training.
What will the leadership development program bring you? The program has provided me with improved skills in public speaking, security and safety skills and organisational capacity building.
What is your dream? My dream is to build an international self sustaining Climate school in Uganda.
